Ironman Competition
Next month, Dr. Mills is participating in an Ironman Competition in Madison, WI. This includes a 2.4 mile swim, an 112-mile bike ride and a 26.2 mile marathon.

She has been training two years for this big day. Her goal is to complete the race in less 17 hours.

Dr. Mills’ hopes that her commitment to live a healthy and active lifestyle inspires her patients to be more proactive in their own wellness.
