Diane L. Waszak

Certified Family Health Nurse Practitioner

My philosophy to healthcare is to treat the women that I care for with respect and dignity. I hope to share my knowledge with these women so they are empowered to make wise positive decision that will influence the healthcare throughout their lifespan.

Diane is a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner that works in collaboration with the physicians of Fox Valley Women & Children’s Health Partners. As an advanced practice nurse she specializes in the healthcare needs of women and children.

Shelly Sinatra

Certified Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner

I take a holistic approach to care. That is, taking into account all aspects of a woman’s life including the emotional, psychological, and spiritual dimensions. I discuss options for treatment, healthy life choices and a plan of care with each patient. I empower women to make decisions about their health through education and open communication.

Shelly is a certified Woman’s Health Nurse Practitioner. She received both her Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees from Loyola University, Chicago. Shelly provides a wide variety of care to women across the age span.
