Monday – 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Tuesdays – 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Wednesdays – 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Thursdays – 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Fridays – 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Saturdays – 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Our phone hours are Monday-Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

When does my child need a check-up?
Please call well in advance of the start of the school year to schedule your appointment -this can be done as early as springtime.
Please prepare your child for what to expect during the visit, including the possibility of injections. This will help the visit go more smoothly for everyone.

We will make every effort to assist you in understanding your insurance plan, but please realize that this is not our area of expertise. It is in your best interest to understand the services that are covered by your plan and how your plan works. This is particularly true for newborns and patients new to the area and new to our practice.

How do I get a medication refill?

The Illinois Poison Center is a non-profit health service that provides those who live and work in Illinois with access to comprehensive and trusted information and treatment advice on potentially harmful substances via a free, confidential 24-hour hotline. The hotline is staffed by specially trained medical experts, including doctors, nurses and pharmacists.
What can I do to make my home safer for my kids?
- Post the Illinois Poison Center number (1-800-222-1222) on/or near your telephone(s). Better yet, program the number into your home and cell phones.
- Always read the directions before using household cleaners and hazardous chemicals. Be sure to always wear proper safety gear
- Store chemicals and cleaning products in a separate area, away from food and beverages
- Know the names of the plants located in and around the home
- Install carbon monoxide detectors in the home
- Check your house for peeling paint, paint dust and chips
- Properly dispose of old and unused medications. Find drop-off locations in your area
I want to be prepared to offer first aid to my child. Who offers CPR and pediatric first aid classes in our area?
