About Me

“As a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner, I am able to care for women with a special emphasis on health maintenance, prevention of illness and health education. My goal is to help empower women with the knowledge they need to achieve their health care goals, and I strive to make each visit a positive experience. I enjoy working with women throughout the lifespan and especially enjoy caring for women in times of transition such as adolescence, pregnancy and menopause.”

Nurse Practitioner Whitaker received both her Bachelor and Masters degrees from the University of Illinois at Chicago College of Nursing, where she still serves as adjunct faculty; she is also a published medical expert. She will be seeing patients at our St. Charles and North Aurora locations.
