About Me

“Becoming a parent is one of life’s greatest blessings, but it can also be a very scary, overwhelming and frustrating time. As a Nurse Practitioner I am dedicated to helping you nurture, care and understand the changes your child will go through. My goal is to assist you by providing you with the knowledge and understanding your child needs to grow through the stages of childhood to be a healthy adult. Being a mother of three, I will help you become the best parent you can be by working together as a team to provide high quality healthcare to your child and family.”

Diane Waszak, CFNP, joined the practice in June 2006 as a certified family nurse practitioner. Diane received her undergraduate degree from Aurora University and her master’s degree in Nursing from Northern Illinois University. As an advanced practice nurse she specializes in the healthcare needs of women and children.
