Dr. Bridget Sweeney-Gotsch

About Me

I often equate parenthood as the longest blind date of one’s life. As a parent you do not get to choose your child’s personality, but you journey together with your child through life’s challenges teaching your child and learning from your child. As a pediatrician my role is to work in partnership with you to aid in the health, development and social well being of your child. I am grateful for the opportunity to see your children grow from awkward newborn babies trying to figure out breastfeeding to sometimes even more awkward teenagers trying to figure out their independent identity. I am thrilled to join the pediatric practice at FVWCHP where they are dedicated to providing quality pediatric care through a professional caring atmosphere and evidence-based medicine.

Dr. Bridget Sweeney-Gotsch received her undergraduate degree from University of Notre Dame in 1997 and graduated from Baylor College of Medicine in 2006 where she also completed her pediatric residency. Dr. Sweeney-Gotsch is married and has three young children. She specializes in newborn care, breast-feeding and asthma.
