About Me

“I believe that it is a great joy and privilege to be a pediatrician. It is extremely rewarding to assist in the growth of a child from infancy into young adulthood. I believe in advocating for the well-being of our patients and their families to the fullest extent by providing them with the most up to date health care. I am very honored and excited to work as a pediatrician at Fox Valley Women and Children’s Health Partners; a practice that has pediatricians committed to practicing evidence-based medicine while providing patient education and guidance during each major milestone of a child’s life.”

Sarah E. Kern, M.D. is board certified in general pediatrics. Dr. Kern has been practicing in the Fox Valley area since 2008. She graduated from Northeastern Ohio Universities College of Medicine’s competitive six year combined B.S./M.D. program. Dr. Kern completed her pediatric residency at University of Toledo and was presented with the Excellence in General Pediatrics Award at graduation. Dr. Kern has also assisted in medical mission trips to Leon, Nicaragua. She is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics.
